A Quiet Reset I Didn’t Know I Needed

Hi Friend,

I just wanted to thank you again for your kindness and patience after I shared the story of my suspended social media accounts. Your support has truly meant more to me than you know.

During a much-needed time away, something unexpected happened:

God quieted my heart.

And in that stillness, I realized something I hadn’t seen before.

I had become so focused on keeping up with content schedules that I had stopped truly writing from a place of peace and overflow. It was slowly draining me—spiritually, emotionally, and creatively.

I see now that this pause wasn’t just a setback. It was a rescue.

I’m learning that sometimes the greatest growth happens in hidden places.

Hidden seasons hold holy things.

This season of stillness is teaching me to trust the quiet—and to trust the One who meets me there.

I’m holding close to Psalm 46:10: “Be still, and know that I am God.”

Maybe you need that reminder today, too.

I’m beginning to feel a new peace about my circumstances.

I truly believe that if God wants me back on social media, He’ll make a way—in His time, not mine.

Until then, I’ll be here, writing from a quieter place, creating from a deeper well.

And I’m so grateful to have you walking this road with me.

More to come soon.

But today, I just wanted you to hear this quiet update from my heart.

In His steady grace,

Regina

P.S.

I’ll be here,

writing in the quiet,

trusting what’s growing unseen.

Waiting is hard sometimes—

but I’m learning to be still,

and know that He is God.

When it’s time,

I’ll share what He’s been stirring.

Until then,

I’m grateful we can rest and wonder together.

He is still writing good stories in the quiet.

The quiet is not empty—

it’s full of His promise.

Still here, still trusting —

Regina
