Discouragement. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, to be discouraged is to be “deprived of courage or confidence1.” It’s only fitting that we address this topic in a series on courage and confidence in our callings. If we don’t have either, we end up wallowing and worrying about our worth.
Having doubts or fears doesn’t disqualify you from serving God. Look at David. He wasn’t perfect, but he went after God and pursued the calling God had for him. Let your doubts drive you closer to God as you step into the season He has prepared for you!
