WELCOME TO THE FAITH TO FOLLOW COMMUNITY
WELCOME FRIEND!
Faith to Follow Ministries is a safe place for women to heal, grow, and find hope in Jesus. Whether you are walking through trauma, living with mental illness, or carrying the weight of hard seasons, this is a space where you can know you are seen, known, and loved by Him.

I know because I’ve been there. I am a survivor of mental illness and both childhood and domestic abuse. I also live with the ongoing reality that faith and struggle often coexist. And I believe, for many of us, Jesus and therapy (with medication, if needed) work hand-in-hand to bring about the best of who God created us to be.
That’s why Faith to Follow exists — to help women heal from trauma, find God’s goodness in the mess, and learn to love the girl who survived. My prayer is that you will find encouragement here to believe God is still writing your story — and that it all works together for good.
“…to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” — Isaiah 61:3

A little about me
I’m Regina Piper Brown — an author and Bible teacher passionate about helping Christian women heal from trauma, find God’s goodness in the mess, and learn to love the girl who survived.

I live in Newton, North Carolina, with my husband Greg. We’re empty nesters of six grown children and are the proud grandparents of our sweet granddaughter, Rubiana Renae. Our home is made warmer (and a little livelier) thanks to one very spoiled emotional support Shorkiepoo who goes by the name, Maya Penelope.

Some of my favorite things are beach sunrises, hot cups of coffee and tea, reading (or writing) a good book, and cheering on all things Pittsburgh — Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates!

With you in the hard places,
Regina
